MOŽ! miniature puppet theatre
MOŽ! sit with me
autobiographical puppet show
"My parents always told me that my grandfather was nervous. After more than 20 years, I found out that he was suffering from a mental illness called organic delusional disorder. It was difficult for me to understand his perception of the world. That's why the Miniature puppet theatre MOŽ! is dedicated to all the beautiful and crazy minds in the world."
(by Tea Kovše)
I am an old man. I am living alone and never leave my home. In my solitude, I fall in love with a lamp and confront my own fears.
My biography is based on short stories: Metamorphosis (Franz Kafka), Tju (Slavko Grum) and on the true story of Tea's grandfather. He is a 79 years old ex coal miner diagnosed with organic delusional disorder.
Premiere: august 2020, Klagenfurt/Celovec.

I have a 24 X 24 cm big space.
This is my home.
Everything I need.
THE COUCH
I like to cuddle with my couch every day. He is old, just like me. We are best friends.
THE LAMP
I fell in love. She is so beautiful. We are together ever since then. Never seperated.
NEWSPAPER
Voices are rising from the paper, are reaching me in my home.
I am afraid.

Alone
I never wanted to perform.
I sit alone in my room and I enjoy it. Nobody is around. Sometimes I travel through emotions like love and joy, but also terror and fear.
What are you afraid of?
Who do you love?
How does freedom look like?
I am swinging on my swing every night and wake up in my room, on my couch, next to my lamp.
Do you ever feel alone?
Here's a few photos
